Hiring Personal Trekking Guide and Porter

In addition to our full support group treks, teahouse packages & summit expeditions. We offer a personal guide & porter service for your individual needs all our guides are experienced, professional & multi lingual. We are the first agency in Nepal to offer you this special individualized service.Porters and Guide/porterrs carry luggage of two clients maximum. Guides do not carry any luggage. Guides and guide-porters speak enough English to communicate well; porters only understand basic English. Guides off course are well-trained and have lots of experience in trekking. Moreover, they are able to tell you many things about the mountains, the culture, the history and the religions of Nepal.
Price for hiring a Trekking guide(Full guide,trained by ministry of tourism, licence holder) ,Guide/Porter( assistant guide, trainee) and just trekking Porter in Following trekking region.

Prices of Hiring a personal guide and personal trekking porter
Sector: Around annapurna, Annapurna base camp, Ghorepani circuit, Langtang Valley, Tamang Heritage trail, Gosaikunda lake and Helambhu Region
1)Our trekking Guide will cost : US$26.00 per day (price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation, equipment and his insurance
2)Porter/Guide(Assistant guide)  US$ 25.00 per day (Price will includes his salary, meals,accomodation,equipment and his insurance.(( Note: He is a single person, who can speak English, who knows the route, place to stay and he will also carry maximum 8-10 k.g of your baggage.)
3)Our trekking Porter will cost : US$ 18.00 per day (price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation, equipment and his insurance).( Note: our trekking porter he will carry maximum 22 k.g. of your baggage)

Additional cost for Annapurna base camp
1)Tourist bus Kathmandu to Pokhara will cost US$ 10.00 per person ( Regular tourist bus)
2)Tourist bus ( Delux) will cost US$ 30.00 per person
3)Annapurna national park permit will cost US$ 20.00 per person
4)Tims card US$ 20 per person ( we will need two photo each)
5)Kathmandu to Pokhara by air US$ 122 per person for one way
6)Pokhara to nayapur by private transport will cost US$ 35.00 for one way

Additional cost for Around Annapurna
1)Local bus to Besisahar or to Bhulbhule will cost US$ 7.00 per person
2)Annapurna national park Permit will cost US$ 24.00 per person
3)Tims card will cost US$ 20 per person (we will need two photo each)
4)Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara will cost US$ 125.00 per person for tourist for one way
5)Flight from Jomsom to Pokhara US$ 40 for Nepali Guide
6)Taxi from Nyapul ( trekking ending point ) to Pokhara will cost US$ 35.00 for one way
7) Pokhara to kathamndu by tourist bus will cost US$ 10.00 per person for one way.

Additional cost for Langtang valley/ Gosaikunda lake/ helambhu
1)Local bus to Dhunche or to Syaprubesi  will cost US$ 9.00 per person
Note:Private 4 wheel drive with driver will cost US$ 180.00 for one way (private land crusher will have 6-7 seats)
2)Langtang National park permit will cost US$ 35.00 per person
3) Tims card will cost US$ 20.00 per person (we will need one photo each)
4) Shivapuri national park permit will cost US$ 5.00 per person
5) Sundarijal to Kathmandu by private car will cost US$ 40.00 for one way

1)Our trekking Guide: US$ 30.00 per day (price will includes his salary, meals, accomodaion, equipment and his insurance)
2)Our porter/Guide (Assistant guide) will cost  : US$ 26.00 per day (price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation, equipment and his insurance)( Note: He is a single person, who can speak English, who knows the route, place to stay and he will carry maximum 8-10 k.g of your baggage.)
3)Our trekking Porter: US$ 20.00 per day  (price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation, equipment and his insurance)

Additional cost for Everest Region
1)By local bus to Jiri will cost US$ 10.00 per person
2)By air to Lukla and Return back to Kathmandu  will cost US$ 360.00  per person for tourist
3)Airfare for Nepali will cost US$ 100.00 per person
4)Everest National park permit will cost US$ 35.00 per person
5) Tims card will cost US$ 20.00 Per person ( we will need one photo each)

6) By local sharing jeep to Salleri will cost US$ 20.00 per person for one way.

Additional cost for Manasulu Region

4)Special trekking permit for Naar Phu valley  valid for 7 days will cost US$ 90.00 Per person

Sector: Kanchanjunga Region(North and south base camp) , Around Dhaulagiri Region and Lower or upper Dolpo Region.
1)Guide will cost US$ 35.00 per day( price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation, equipment and his insurance)
2)Assistant guide(guide/porter) will cost US$ 30.00 per day ( price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation, equipment and his insurance)
Note: He is a single person, who can speak English, who knows the route, place to stay and he will carry maximum 8-10 k.g of your baggage.)
3)Our Trekking porter will cost US$ 22.00 per day (price will includes his salary, meals, accomodation,equipment and his insurance) our trekking porter he will carry maximum 22 k.g of baggage
Additional cost for airfare/ necessary permit & bus fare
1)Special trekking permit will cost US$ 30.00 per person for three week.
2)Tims card will cost US$ 20.00 per person
3)National park permit will cost US$ 25.00 per person
4)By bus to Taplejung Bazaar will cost US$60.00 per perosn for one way.
5)Kathmandu to Bhadrapur by air US$ 155.00 per person for one way for tourist.
6)Kathmandu to Bhadrapur airfare for trekking guide will cost US$ 92.00 for one way
7)Kathmandu to Suketar by air for tourist will cost US$ 285.00 per person for one way
8)Kathmandu to suketar by air for guide will cost US$ 95.00 for one way

Note: (You will have to pay yourself food, accommodation, transportation for your self, if necessary Domestic air ticket for your self and Nepali staff, National park permit, when you are using this kind of service and will inform to you total cost in advance).
Note: As per our company rule to confirm your booking with us we do need photo copy of your passport, one passport size photo graph, international flight details (Date of arrival , date of departure ,flight number ) and 15% of total amount  as a down payment. Rest remaining other amount you can pay to us upon your arrival in kathmandu. Once you agreed to booking with us then we can provide you our bank details to make wire transfer or you can also pay by major credit cards such as visa, Master or by American express. in this case you need to send us copy of your credit cards. But it will cost you 5% extra because it is the rule of our local bank.
Note: If someone who is willing to book their trekking  tour as a private  then the tour will departure every day.
